These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 55ace ("55ace," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the 55ace online gaming platform, website located at https://55ace.one, and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

Your access to and use of the 55ace Platform is conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside the 55ace Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 55ace.

55ace reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details on their account.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with 55ace, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 55ace or any affiliated entity.
• You are not the subject of any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary through 55ace's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any regulatory authority.
• You are not accessing the Platform in circumvention of any applicable law or regulation.

55ace reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 55ace may result in account suspension pending verification.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active account on the 55ace Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different identities, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. 55ace employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and may result in the forfeiture of pending balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification, your registered mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55ace account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 55ace will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported to 55ace support immediately.

3.4 Account Ownership

55ace accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance held within it to another person. Accounts may not be used on behalf of any third party.

In accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, 55ace is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests and may require verification before permitting certain deposit thresholds.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documentation:

• Primary ID: A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification such as a Philippine System Identification (PhilSys) card, driver's license, passport, SSS card, or UMID card.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last three months bearing your registered address (may be required for higher-tier accounts).
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of any GCash, PayMaya, or bank account used for deposits or withdrawals on the Platform.

55ace reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary for compliance purposes. Until verification is complete, 55ace may place restrictions on account functionality including withdrawal processing. Accounts that fail verification or where documentation is found to be fraudulent will be closed and the matter may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

55ace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven cash-in. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 55ace does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are published in the 55ace cashier section. These limits may be updated from time to time. Account verification tier affects the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per period.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

55ace processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within 10–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same Philippine business day. 55ace reserves the right to perform additional security and anti-fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in reasonable processing delays. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the associated deposit, where technically feasible.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

55ace complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160) as amended and all related AMLC regulations. 55ace may refuse, delay, or reverse transactions it suspects to be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity, without prior notice, and may report such transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

All games available on the 55ace Platform — including live casino games, slots, table games, sports betting markets, fishing games, bingo, and e-sports — are governed by individual game rules published within each game or betting market. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any specific game rules, the specific game rules shall take precedence with respect to the conduct of that game.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on the 55ace Platform use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. 55ace does not manipulate game outcomes. Historical game results and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are maintained in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

6.2 Malfunction Voids All Play

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during game play, 55ace reserves the right to void affected bets. Where possible, interrupted games will be resumed or wagers refunded. 55ace's determination in respect of any technical malfunction is final and binding.

6.3 Unusual Betting Patterns

55ace monitors wagering activity on the Platform. Where 55ace identifies betting patterns it reasonably considers to be abusive, exploitative of technical errors, or inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming, it reserves the right to void affected transactions, withhold associated winnings pending investigation, and restrict or close the relevant account.

55ace offers various promotional programs to registered players including welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback credits, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who are 21 years of age or older and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Unused bonus credits and associated winnings are forfeited at the end of the validity period.
• 55ace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet claimed the offer.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the systematic exploitation of promotional structures, coordination across multiple accounts, or hedging — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account action.
• Where 55ace reasonably determines that a player has opened an account for the purpose of claiming bonuses without genuine gaming intent, 55ace may void bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom.

55ace is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming standards. Online gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, 55ace encourages players to use the tools available on the Platform.

8.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Automatically log out after a set period of play.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 55ace Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 55ace Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 55ace.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the account of another individual, or permitting another individual to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, and failing to report such vulnerabilities to 55ace promptly.
• Participating in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are a self-excluded player, or if you are under the legal age requirement of 21 years.
• Engaging in any activity that may disrupt, compromise, or interfere with the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other players.

55ace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months or more.

On voluntary account closure, your remaining PHP balance (net of any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts closed for breach of these Terms may have balances withheld pending investigation.

All content on the 55ace Platform — including but not limited to the 55ace brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55ace or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 55ace.

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, 55ace and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, whether direct or indirect, arising from gaming on the Platform.
• Interruptions or delays in Platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 55ace's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account due to the player's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 55ace's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal information by 55ace is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

55ace processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. Personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting purposes. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

55ace reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, 55ace will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 55ace, you are encouraged to contact 55ace support in the first instance to seek resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Regulatory complaints relating to 55ace's licensed operations may be directed to PAGCOR.
